Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage team activities, achieve targets, support employees, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Track individual and team targets and provide regular feedback.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and issues.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Train and support current team members.
- Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
- Identify problems and take appropriate action to improve team performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
- Report team performance and important issues to management.

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in a team handling or supervisory role.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
