We are seeking experienced and highly motivated Team Leads to support the delivery of large-scale US and global construction projects from our Mumbai/Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will provide engineering, project controls, document management, and project coordination support while collaborating with project teams, trade partners, consultants, and clients across multiple project phases.

The role requires solid technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, document control expertise, and hands-on experience with construction management platforms to ensure project execution aligns with quality, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide engineering and project delivery support for US and global construction projects from the Mumbai office.
- Lead and manage document control processes, ensuring all project documentation is maintained, distributed, and archived in accordance with company standards.
- Review, manage, and coordinate contract documents, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals,



and project correspondence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks associated with engineering deliverables, documentation, schedule, and project execution.
- Participate in client meetings, trade partner coordination meetings, project huddles, and stakeholder discussions.
- Track and manage project action items, ensuring timely resolution and communication to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, review, and manage Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and engineering clarifications.
- Review and coordinate submittals, shop drawings, and material approvals for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Support project budgeting activities, including budget setup, cost tracking, proposal reviews, and financial reporting.
- Assist in payment application processes, draw management, and commercial documentation.
- Lead project closeout activities, ensuring accurate compilation of turnover packages, as-built documentation, warranties, and client handover deliverables.
- Manage engineering systems and project controls platforms, ensuring project information remains current, accurate, and accessible.
- Mentor junior engineers and coordinators while driving process improvements and best practices across projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-15 years of experience in construction engineering, project controls, project management, design coordination, or document management.
- Experience supporting Data Center, Commercial Building, Industrial, Infrastructure, Mission Critical, or Large-Scale Construction Projects preferred.
- Good understanding of RFIs, submittals,



drawing reviews, specifications, project controls, budgeting, and project closeout processes.
- Good to have experience working on US projects or other global construction projects.
- Hands-on experience with Aconex, Procore, and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), SAP, or similar project management platforms is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting international project teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
