Job Role

Kumon Assistant / Instructor

- Assist students with Mathematics and English learning activities according to the Kumon teaching methodology.

- Guide students through worksheets, exercises, and assigned learning materials.

- Monitor student performance, progress, and learning pace.

- Provide individual attention and support to students when required.

- Encourage students to develop independent learning, problem-solving, and self-study skills.

- Check and evaluate students' worksheets and provide appropriate guidance.

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, progress, and performance.

- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding learning progress and requirements.

- Assist the center team with day-to-day academic and administrative activities.

- Use basic computer applications for maintaining student records and center-related tasks.

- Maintain a positive, organized, and supportive learning environment.

- Follow Kumon center procedures,



teaching standards, and academic guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Undergraduate degree required.

- Subjects: Mathematics and English proficiency.

- Experience: Freshers can apply.

- Good communication skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Robust interpersonal and student-handling skills.

- Patience and willingness to work with students.

- Ability to guide students in a structured and supportive manner.
