Familiarity withscripting(Bash, Shell, or Python) for automation and policy deployment
- Experience withServiceNow ITSM toolfor incident/change/problem management
- macOS Troubleshooting Strong hands-on experience in diagnosing and resolving OS-level, hardware, and application issues on Mac devices
- Apple Business Manager (ABM) Managing DEP/ADE enrollments, VPP app licensing, and integration with endpoint platforms (preferably like Jamf Pro/Intune)
- Experience withAutoPkgfor automated / Mac app packaging and software management.
Positive-to-Have
- Knowledge ofActive Directory / Azure ADintegration with macOS environments
- Familiarity withComposer (Jamf)for building clean and customized PKG installers
