Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced Azure Data Engineers with Snowflake expertise for cloud data engineering opportunities.

Required Skills

Candidates should have hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following core skills:

Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Azure Databricks

Snowflake Data Warehouse

SQL Server

PySpark

Spark / Scala

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependencies, and workload management.
- Develop scalable solutions using Azure cloud-based relational and non-relational databases.
- Build data pipeline infrastructure for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
- Work with SQL, cloud databases, and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- Process and derive value from large and disconnected datasets.




- Automate manual processes and optimize data delivery.
- Redesign data infrastructure to improve performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot data engineering and Azure cloud environment issues.
- Work effectively within an Agile project management environment.

Technical Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience in building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Strong experience with Azure Databricks and Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Advanced SQL knowledge with experience in relational and non-relational databases.
- Experience in data transformation, metadata management, dependency management, and workload management.
- Robust knowledge of PySpark, Spark, or Scala.
- Experience in developing ETL pipelines using SQL and scripting languages such as Python.
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience working in an Agile project environment.
- Good understanding of cloud data migration and scalable data architecture.

Good to Have
- Experience in the financial services or banking industry.
- Exposure to cloud migration projects involving the movement of on-premises data storage to Microsoft Azure.
