Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tax Preparer role based in Bengaluru.

The Tax

Preparer will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate filing in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. Daily tasks include analyzing financial documents and statements, identifying tax-saving opportunities, and verifying documentation required for tax filings. The role involves collaborating with finance and accounting team members, maintaining organized tax records, responding to internal queries on tax matters,



and supporting audit and compliance activities as needed.

The Tax

Preparer will also stay current with changes in tax law and provide practical guidance to help the organization remain compliant.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in tax preparation and practical understanding of tax processes.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements for accurate tax computations.
- Knowledge of tax law and related regulations applicable to the business.
- Foundational understanding of finance principles and their impact on taxation.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience using tax preparation and accounting software.
- Attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
