- Tally Operations • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime/Tally ERP .
- Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal records.
- Ensure proper ledger posting and balancing.
- Regularly verify and reconcile accounting records. ? Bank &
- Ledger Reconciliation • Perform regular bank reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate customer, vendor and general ledgers.
- Track outstanding receivables and payables. ? GST &
- TDS Compliance • Assist in preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns .
- Handle GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing-related activities.
- Maintain supporting records and documents for tax compliance.
- Assist with ITR e-filing and related documentation. ? Accounts Receivable &
- Payable • Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor dues.
- Maintain accurate receivable and payable records.
- Coordinate for payment entries and account reconciliation. ? Record Verification • Check accounting entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify discrepancies and correct errors in records.
