Role Description This is a full-time, remote Talent Acquisition (Target Based) role focused on sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to meet defined hiring targets and client requirements. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams or clients.

The Talent

Acquisition professional will maintain robust candidate pipelines, track progress against hiring targets, and provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics.



Daily activities include collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to understand role requirements, promoting employer brand messaging, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. The role also requires using recruitment tools and platforms effectively, maintaining accurate records, and continuously improving sourcing strategies to achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

- Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Hiring processes, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
- Experience with Recruiting and Interviewing, including candidate screening, evaluation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Skills in Employer Branding and candidate outreach to promote opportunities and enhance organizational visibility.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with candidates and clients.
- Comfort working in a target-based environment, with proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment goals.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or high-volume recruitment and familiarity with marketing or digital-focused roles is an added advantage.
