Role Description The Talent and Culture Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for cultivating a positive, high-performance workplace and managing the full employee lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition for various wedding service functions, onboarding new team members, and coordinating training and development initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing culture-building activities, employee engagement programs, and feedback mechanisms to support a supportive and inclusive environment.

The Talent and Culture Lead will also oversee HR policies, performance management processes,



and basic people operations, such as attendance, leaves, and conflict resolution. Collaboration with leadership and team heads to align people practices with business needs and event schedules is essential.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in hospitality, events, or service-oriented industries.
- Skills in employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and internal communications to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Experience with performance management, feedback processes, and basic HR operations, including policies, documentation, and compliance.
- Strong interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and roles.
- Ability to plan and coordinate training, workshops, and development programs to build skills relevant to wedding and event services.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities during peak wedding seasons.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and willingness to adjust to flexible hours based on event requirements.
