Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for various roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth and timely hiring experience. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives,



maintain candidate pipelines, manage recruitment data and reports, and support continuous improvement of hiring practices to attract and retain top talent aligned with UrbanGabru’s culture and values.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes, including Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting.
- Experience with Hiring activities such as shortlisting, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
- Skills in Interviewing, including structured assessment and candidate evaluation.
- Exposure to Employer Branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.
- Ability to work in office in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and manage multiple roles and deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
