Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / US IT Recruiter

Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai, TN (Onsite only)

Shift: US Shifts only, 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (IST), Monday – Friday

Description:

- We are seeking qualified professionals with 1 to 3 years of experience as an IT Technical Recruiter, specializing in either Domestic or US IT recruitment.
- Possess technical expertise with the ability to understand and articulate job requirements for IT roles.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search methodologies.
- As a TAS, you will lead a team with strong leadership qualities, ensuring effective team management and performance.
- You will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, preparing weekly reports, and ensuring that the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2, 1099,



and Corp to Corp is highly advantageous.
- Must have positive experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oorwin, Zoho, and Ceipal
- A clear understanding of Visa processes is highly desirable.
- Strong desire to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
- Demonstrates a hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT, MBA in HR or a relevant field preferred.
- Exhibits good communication skills, a strong work ethic, commitment, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
