Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding of new hires.

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize the recruitment life cycle.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the talent acquisition process.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Specialist role.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or other relevant software for tracking candidate data.
