About the internship
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
4. Follow up with candidates on interview feedback and offers
5. Support the onboarding and documentation process
6. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle
