Recruitment:

- Sourcing the candidates as per vacancies &Process; recruitment as per the MRF raised (Current & Replacement)

- Source and attract candidates by using databases-Referrals & social media

- Screen candidates resumes and applications received

- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

- Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

- Coordinating with heads of the depts for interview process

- Verification of documents age, qualifications, experience & last work place salary and relieving letter etc.

- Arranging final round and taking approvals of selected candidates with approving authority.

- Mainly Sourcing the candidates for Non-Medical recruitment.

- Document collection from shortlisted candidates

- Arranging files with all relevant documents as per NABH standards

- Recruitment MIS

Employee Creation:

- Employee Creation in Adrenalin Software.

- Employee movement and deactivation and Password Reset in Adrenalin Software.

- Employee Reentries in Adrenalin Software if there is any Issues.
