Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist role at Gyanet is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. The specialist will collaborate with leadership and project teams to understand staffing needs, create job postings, and maintain an organized candidate pipeline.

Daily responsibilities include managing interview schedules, communicating with candidates, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also includes maintaining recruitment metrics, using talent acquisition tools,



and continuously improving hiring processes aligned with Gyanet’s growth plans.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess experience in Interviewing and Hiring, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to help promote Gyanet’s culture and attract top technical and non-technical talent.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, with a focus on candidate experience and fairness.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with applicant tracking systems, social media recruiting, and basic recruitment analytics.
- Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple requisitions, and adapt to a fast-paced technology environment.
