Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and other channels.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Create and update job descriptions as per business requirements.
- Conduct structured and competency-based interviews.
- Coordinate with HODs/Directors to understand hiring requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment reports and follow best hiring practices.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
Desired Skills:
- 1–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
- Good knowledge of job portals, HR databases, ATS, and online sourcing tools.
- Robust decision-making and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
