Role Description This is a full-time, in office Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Bengaluru.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring activities across multiple functions.

Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, building talent pipelines,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. The role will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, maintain recruitment metrics, and ensure adherence to company policies and relevant employment regulations.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will work closely with HR and business teams to support workforce planning and meet hiring targets in a fast-growing, operations-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.
- Experience with Hiring and Interviewing, including structured interviews and assessment coordination.
- Skills in Employer Branding, such as promoting the company on job platforms and social media, and enhancing candidate perception.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume hiring needs, preferably in logistics, mobility, or EV-related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and recruitment best practices; prior experience in startup or growth-stage companies is an advantage.
