There is no employer brand here yet, no inbound pipeline to speak of, and job descriptions change shape every few weeks as the founders figure out what the org actually needs. This Talent Acquisition Specialist will be one of the first dedicated hiring specialists the company has ever had.

The pipeline you would build

- Building sourcing pipelines from scratch for early engineering, product and go-to-market roles
- Running structured intake conversations with founders whose briefs are still evolving, and pushing back when a brief is unworkable
- Managing candidate experience end to end in a company with no formal recruiting process yet
- Standing up the first version of an applicant tracking system, interview scorecards and offer workflow

Where the ambiguity shows up Roles here get rewritten mid-search more often than at an established company, compensation bands are still being set as you go,



and you will sometimes be the one recommending what the band should be based on market data you pull yourself. This is not a role for someone who needs a fully formed process before they can start sourcing.

What day one requires

Two to six years of talent acquisition experience, including some stretch in an early-stage or high-growth company where process did not fully exist yet. Solid personal sourcing skills across LinkedIn, niche communities and referrals matter more here than familiarity with any single applicant tracking system.

Where you would be based

Bengaluru, Delhi NCR or Remote (India), with founders who expect fast, informal syncs rather than scheduled status meetings.
