What You’ll Do

- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-lifecycle hiring for diverse faculty, leadership, research, and administrative positions across our departments.
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate closely with Deans, Department Heads, and hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft compelling job profiles, and map out effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Active Talent Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through niche job portals, academic networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an efficient, transparent, and welcoming recruitment journey from the initial point of contact to final offer acceptance.
- Funnel Optimization: Monitor and improve recruitment metrics,



drastically reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high standards for talent quality and fit.
- Market Mapping: Stay informed on compensation trends, academic hiring cycles, and talent benchmarks within the higher education and EdTech landscapes.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant Experience: 5–8 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within a Higher Education Institution, University, or fast-growing EdTech enterprise.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of academic hiring dynamics, faculty credentials, and specialized administrative roles.
- Sourcing Expertise: Advanced skills in Boolean search, direct sourcing, candidate engagement, and managing end-to-end selection pipelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of influencing and working alongside senior academic leadership.
- Agility & Drive: A proactive mindset thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment, balancing multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
