Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across functions.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and drive effective hiring strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining a strong talent pipeline, coordinating interview processes, managing offer negotiations,



and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves contributing to employer branding initiatives, optimizing recruitment processes, and using data to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Experience with Interviewing practices and structured hiring processes.
- Ability to drive Hiring strategies and collaborate closely with hiring managers.
- Experience in Employer Branding and promoting a strong talent value proposition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Manager is preferred.
