- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Experience in H1B / H1B Transfer hiring is mandatory.
- Screen candidates and validate skills and work authorization.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and meet recruitment targets.
