Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for various roles within the organization through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and other sources.

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.

- Assist in scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for recent hires.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year of experience in talent acquisition or related field (e.g., human resources).

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing methods and interview techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools.
