We are looking for energetic and people-oriented MBA graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers an opportunity to build a career in recruitment by supporting end-to-end hiring activities, campus engagement, candidate experience, and employer branding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for campus and entry-level hiring.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, and placement officers for campus drives.
- Source and screen candidate profiles based on hiring requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
Eligibility:
- MBA/PGDM - HR
- Fresh graduates with Min. 60% throughout the academics
- Strong academic record preferred
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable organizational and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship in HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, or ATS platforms is an added advantage.
- Interest in recruitment, employer branding, and campus engagement.
