Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to lead technical recruitment for our expanding Data Center operations in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top-tier engineering talent specialized in critical data center infrastructure, facility management, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Leverage specialized job portals (Naukri, Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter), social channels, and regional talent networks to recruit high-caliber engineering professionals.

· Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment workflows including screening, technical interview alignment, offer negotiation, and candidate engagement before onboarding.

· Technical Screening: Conduct preliminary assessments on essential core domains such as critical power systems (UPS, Generators),



precision cooling (HVAC/Chillers), and network/server infrastructure.

· Market Mapping: Analyze the local Chennai and South India engineering talent landscape to establish competitive salary benchmarks and talent pipeline strategies.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Hiring Managers and Engineering Operations Leads to define headcount requirements, dynamic skill profiles, and interview timelines.

Target Engineering Profiles to Hire

· Data Center Facility Engineers (Electrical & Mechanical / HVAC)

· Critical Infrastructure & Operations Engineers

· Network & Systems Infrastructure Engineers

· Commissioning & Cabling Technicians

Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Experience: 2 – 5 years of core recruitment experience (Technical / Core Engineering hiring)
- Industry Exposure : Prior experience hiring for Data Centers, Telecommunications, Real Estate/Infra, or High-Tech Manufacturing is strongly preferred
- Core Competencies : Headhunting, Technical Sourcing, Offer Negotiation, ATS Management, Stakeholder Management
- Languages: Fluency in English and Tamil (essential for effective local candidate engagement)
