We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with 23 years of experience in non-technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting offer closures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across various business functions.
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from business stakeholders and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status updates.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring priorities and close positions within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives when required.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in non-technical hiring.
- Strong understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, or similar platforms.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with good time-management and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracking tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing volume hiring is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring KPIs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with hiring teams.
- Strong candidate relationship management skills.
