? URGENT HIRING | HR EXECUTIVE – TALENT ACQUISITION

EaseMyTrip is hiring an HR Executive to join our HR/TA team in Gurugram .

? Location: Sector 32, Gurugram

? Role: HR Executive – Talent Acquisition

? Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

? Working Days: 6 Days a Week

⚡ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities

• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex and other job portals

• Understand different job profiles and hiring requirements

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

• Coordinate and schedule interviews

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process





• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Coordinate offer and joining formalities

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Hands-on knowledge of Naukri/Resdex and job portals

• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to understand JDs and candidate requirements

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
