About the Role: This role is ideal for a recruitment qualified responsible for supporting the end-to-end talent acquisition process across designated functions. The position requires hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder coordination, and candidate engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding while ensuring timely closure of assigned positions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other relevant recruitment channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidates against job requirements, and shortlist relevant profiles for further evaluation.
- Interview Coordination: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, follow up for feedback, and ensure smooth movement of candidates through the recruitment process.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, share candidate pipelines, provide recruitment updates, and address hiring-related requirements.
- Candidate Experience:



Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the interview process, provide timely updates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and pipeline updates across different stages of the hiring process.
- Hiring Support: Assist in offer coordination, candidate follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities to support successful closures within defined timelines.

Requirement:

- The candidate should have 2 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR Recruitment within a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
- They should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and managing recruitment pipelines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, follow-up, and stakeholder coordination skills are required.
- Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment trackers, or ATS platforms will be preferred.
- Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, BFSI, startup, or high-growth organizations will be an added advantage.
