Talent Acquisition Consultant (1-Year Contractual Role)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and joining formalities.

Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and candidate pipelines.

Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.

Proficiency in sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Employment Type: 1-Year Contractual/Consultant Role
