Job Role

- Trailer Segment Officer

- Coordinate with customers to secure loads through effective negotiation.

- Place registered trucks for customer requirements and ensure timely vehicle allocation.

- Coordinate between customers, transporters, and partners for smooth operations.

- Ensure loads are picked up from the market and delivered on time.

- Work closely with transporters to arrange suitable vehicles and loads.

- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers to ensure a consistent flow of loads.

- Develop and onboard new customers within the assigned area.

- Handle internal coordination to ensure smooth execution of transportation activities.

- Monitor vehicle placement and load status.

- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with customers, partners, and transporters.

- Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely movement of vehicles and loads.
