Position: Systems & Collaboration Engineer
Experience: 4–7 Years
Location: Noida and Bengaluru
Job Objective
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Systems & Collaboration Engineer to manage enterprise end-user computing, collaboration platforms, identity management, endpoint security, and workplace technology across the organization. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless IT service delivery by supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, Intune, video conferencing solutions, and desktop infrastructure while maintaining high standards of security, compliance, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Desktop Support
- Provide technical support for Windows 11 desktops, laptops, and IT peripherals.
- Perform laptop deployment, imaging, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Manage hardware, software, driver, and BIOS-related issues.
- Support software installation, upgrades, and system optimization.
- Resolve end-user issues within defined service levels.
Google Workspace Administration
- Administer Google Workspace user accounts, licenses, and groups.
- Manage shared mailboxes and access permissions.
- Configure and maintain Google Admin Console settings.
- Support Google Drive, Google Meet, and collaboration services.
- Implement security policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and access controls.
Microsoft 365, Azure & Identity Management
- Administer Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.
- Manage Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID identities.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft Intune device management.
- Support Microsoft Defender security features.
- Manage Microsoft Teams administration and collaboration services.
- Implement Conditional Access policies, MFA, and identity security best practices.
Identity & User Lifecycle Management
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts.
- Perform password resets and access management.
- Ensure role-based access and security compliance.
Endpoint Management
- Enroll and manage corporate devices using Microsoft Intune.
- Deploy device configuration profiles and security policies.
- Monitor device compliance and health.
- Manage Windows updates, patch management, and endpoint security.
- Ensure endpoint protection and compliance standards are maintained.
Video Conferencing & Collaboration
- Manage Microsoft Teams Rooms and Google Meet Rooms.
- Configure and troubleshoot Poly and Logitech conferencing devices.
- Support cameras, microphones, speakers, and audio systems.
- Ensure meeting room technology remains operational with minimal downtime.
Printer Management
- Configure and manage network printers.
- Install and troubleshoot printer drivers.
- Maintain print policies and user access.
IT Asset Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle records.
- Manage laptop allocation, warranty tracking, and AMC coordination.
- Track hardware movement and asset utilization.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement and servicing.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Create knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Document troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and IT processes.
- Maintain accurate IT documentation for audits and operational continuity.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Windows 11 administration and desktop support.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD / Entra ID.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
- Experience managing Google Workspace administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and endpoint security.
- Experience with Teams Rooms, Google Meet Rooms, Zoom, and conferencing solutions.
- Knowledge of device imaging, deployment, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with printer management and network printing.
- Good documentation and technical writing skills.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer support skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM).
- Familiarity with endpoint security and compliance best practices.
- Experience managing IT assets and inventory systems.
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience working in a multi-location enterprise environment.
- Basic PowerShell scripting or automation knowledge.
- ITIL Foundation certification is an added advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4–7 years of experience in desktop engineering, systems administration, or workplace technology support.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Intune, and Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of endpoint management and collaboration technologies.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support business users effectively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
- Well-organized with excellent documentation and communication skills.
