We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

The Program

Manager will oversee planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities Program Planning and Execution Define program objectives, scope, timelines, and success criteria. Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. Manage dependencies across multiple projects and teams. Ensure timely delivery of program milestones and deliverables.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align expectations. Provide regular updates on program status, risks, issues, and achievements. Facilitate decision-making and resolve escalations effectively.

Risk and Issue Management Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges. Track and manage issues to minimize impact on delivery timelines.



Governance and Reporting Establish program governance frameworks and processes.

Monitor program performance using KPIs and metrics. Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations. Resource and Budget Management Coordinate resource allocation across projects. Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.

Optimize resource utilization while maintaining delivery quality.

Process Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across programs. Implement best practices in project and program management. Promote standardization, efficiency, and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project/program management. Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs. Robust knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
