- Identify and resolve basic technical or operational issues.

- Provide in office support for exam execution and related activities.

- Ensure all systems and equipment are functioning properly.

- Coordinate with the concerned team to address operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor computer systems and examination-related equipment.

- Fix basic system and operational issues as required.

- Support the smooth execution of examinations.

- Report technical issues that require further assistance.

- Follow examination centre guidelines and operational procedures.

- Coordinate with team members during exam sessions.

- Be available for extended working hours when required.

Requirements

- Must have a two-wheeler.

- Willingness to travel to different locations when required.

- Flexibility to work extended hours.

- Basic computer and system-handling knowledge.

- Ability to work responsibly in an examination environment.
