· Managed comprehensive M365 support services professionals, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and proficient delivery of assistance tailored to the specialized needs of analytical workflows.

· Administering and maintaining key M365 services: Exchange Online, OneDrive,

· SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Intune (MDM/MAM).

· Managed user accounts, permissions, licenses, and configuration of Office 365 services.

· Microsoft Compliance Centre management, including retention policies, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, audit logs, eDiscovery, Legal holds and content search operations and Data backup.

· Provided technical guidance for system development and troubleshooting.

· Created and maintained virtual machines using vCenter Server.

· Performed daily system monitoring to ensure optimal performance of all virtualized systems.

· Assigned license and maintain the mailboxes and regularly take mail backups.

· Provision, configure, and manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines (VMs), Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks (VNets), and Load Balancers.

· Monitor performance and availability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; respond to alerts and resolve incidents.

· Manage Azure Active Directory (AAD) users, groups, and role-based access control (RBAC) for secure identity and access management.

· Implement and maintain backup solutions using Azure Backup and Site Recovery for disaster recovery readiness.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
