Job Title-System Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organizations IT infrastructure, servers, networks, systems, and end-user devices. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, performance, and reliability of IT systems while providing technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and operating systems.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Manage desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain network services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP.
- Perform regular system updates, patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Implement and monitor backup and disaster-recovery procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage antivirus/endpoint security and respond to security incidents.
- Maintain system documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.
- Work with vendors and service providers for technical issues and maintenance.
- Follow IT security policies, change-management procedures,



and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 2to 5 years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux.
- Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
- Good understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Experience with backup, monitoring, and disaster-recovery solutions.
- Knowledge of Cyber security added advantage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
