We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Surveyor for our construction projects in and around Kottayam. The candidate must be adaptable to travel anywhere in Kerala if required. In such cases accommodation will be provided by the company.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in surveying and levelling of land and buildings
- Proficiency in handling Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other survey equipment.
- Experience in layout marking, levelling, and quantity measurements.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with site engineers.
- Should be able to carry out and manage land and building survey works at multiple project locations/sites.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Qualification:
- Diploma / ITI in Surveying.
Salary:
- Salary up to ₹30000 per month (based on experience).
Preferred:
- Candidates with experience in building projects will be given preference.
