What would you do You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results.

Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build cutting-edge solutions.,Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency.

The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationLead P2O process design and transformation initiatives. Gather business requirements and define functional solutions.

Design requisition, approval, catalog,



and PO workflows. Create process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. Support solution configuration, testing, and deployment. Drive stakeholder engagement and governance.

Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices Functional Solution DesignProcess

What are we looking for Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong expertise in Procure-to-Order (P2O) processes.Experience with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement, SAP MM, or equivalent.Knowledge of catalog management, buying channels, approval workflows, and PO processing.Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.Attention to detail and process adherenceEffective communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProcure-to-PayProcurement ManagementProcurement Strategy and Planning Supply Chain / Procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM, CIPS)Analytics / tools certifications
