We are seeking a Regional Supply Chain Performance & Analytics Manager to lead Integrated Performance Management (IPM) and Supply Chain Excellence initiatives across the APAC region. This role is responsible for driving operational performance improvements through data-driven insights, governance, advanced analytics, inventory optimization, and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
The ideal candidate combines expertise in supply chain management, business analytics, performance management, inventory optimization, demand and supply planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence with strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Integrated Performance Management (IPM)
- Lead Regional Integrated Performance Management initiatives in partnership with global and regional stakeholders.
- Drive performance improvement across supply chain and operational functions.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance review processes.
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and operational execution.
Operational Performance Analytics
- Lead OTIF-D (On Time In Full Delivery) performance management activities.
- Develop end-to-end performance analytics frameworks.
- Conduct:
- Root Cause Analysis
- Loss Tree Analysis
- Gap Assessment
- Trend Analysis
- Identify key contributors to operational performance issues.
- Generate actionable insights that drive business improvements.
Performance Improvement & Action Planning
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address operational gaps.
- Develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Track implementation progress and business impact.
- Drive accountability across stakeholders.
- Support sustainable improvements in supply chain performance.
Forecasting & Risk Management
- Develop forward-looking performance projections and scenario analyses.
- Identify risks, performance misses, and operational vulnerabilities proactively.
- Create predictive reporting and management dashboards.
- Enable early intervention and mitigation strategies.
- Support decision-making through forecasting and performance insight generation.
Inventory Optimization & SLOB Management Lead regional initiatives focused on:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze inventory health and working capital performance.
- Develop scientific target-setting methodologies.
- Drive proactive inventory optimization actions.
- Support inventory governance and management reviews.
- Improve inventory efficiency and reduce waste.
Digital Transformation & Analytics Enablement
- Support development and adoption of digital supply chain capabilities.
- Drive automation and analytics improvements.
- Enhance visibility through up-to-date reporting and data solutions.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Support continuous improvement through technology enablement.
Planisware Governance & Administration
- Serve as the APAC region's Planisware Super User.
- Support regional users with system expertise and troubleshooting.
- Lead implementation of:

- Represent APAC in global Project Portfolio Management (PPM) discussions.
- Ensure effective platform adoption and utilization.
