Job Role

- Position: Procurement & Supply Chain Manager / Executive

- Department: Procurement / Supply Chain / Operations

- Manage end-to-end procurement, inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations.

- Source and procure coffee beans, dairy products, bakery ingredients, packaging materials, cleaning supplies, and other operational requirements.

- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

- Monitor inventory levels, consumption patterns, stock movement, and supply requirements across outlets and central stores.

- Coordinate logistics and distribution from suppliers to warehouses and outlets.

- Ensure effective warehouse operations, stock accuracy, and proper storage practices.

- Plan procurement based on sales projections, demand forecasts, and seasonal trends.

- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improve overall supply chain efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards, FSSAI regulations, and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management:

- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard new suppliers.

- Source required raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.

- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality requirements.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

- Monitor supplier performance and conduct periodic vendor reviews.

- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of required materials.

Inventory Management

- Maintain optimal stock levels across all outlets and central stores.

- Monitor inventory movement and identify slow-moving or excess stock.

- Reduce wastage, pilferage, and stock-out incidents.

- Implement effective inventory control systems.

- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile inventory records.

- Analyze consumption patterns and forecast future requirements.

Logistics & Distribution





- Coordinate the movement of materials from suppliers to warehouses and outlets.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to all locations.

- Optimize transportation routes and logistics costs.

- Track deliveries and resolve supply chain disruptions promptly.

- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams.

Warehouse Operations

- Oversee warehouse management and storage standards.

- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock movements.

- Ensure proper stock organization and documentation.

- Implement FIFO (First In First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices.

- Conduct regular stock verification and maintain inventory accuracy.

Planning & Forecasting

- Collaborate with Operations and Outlet Managers to forecast demand.

- Develop procurement plans based on sales projections and seasonal trends.

- Maintain appropriate safety stock levels for critical items.

- Monitor changing demand patterns and adjust procurement plans accordingly.

Cost Control & Process Improvement

- Identify opportunities to reduce procurement and logistics costs.

- Negotiate better commercial terms with suppliers and service providers.

- Improve supply chain efficiency through automation and process standardization.

- Generate reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and operational performance.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure all purchased products meet company quality standards.

- Maintain compliance with FSSAI regulations and food safety guidelines.

- Verify supplier certifications and quality documentation.

- Monitor the quality of incoming materials and coordinate corrective action when required.
