We are seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop accurate forecasts, analyze business trends, improve operational efficiency, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts for assigned products, business units, or market segments.
- Collaborate with teams across sales, marketing, finance, procurement, and operations to align demand and supply plans.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and business drivers to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards using data visualization and analytics tools to provide real-time business insights.
- Monitor key supply chain metrics and identify opportunities to improve service levels, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
- Lead forecast review meetings with stakeholders and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, analyzing root causes, and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Support inventory optimization efforts by evaluating demand variability, stock levels, and replenishment strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards throughout forecasting and planning processes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, supplier performance, service levels, cost, and delivery performance.




- Analyze forecast variances and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and improve planning effectiveness.
- Support business reviews through data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluations.
- Explore and evaluate innovative supply chain technologies and advanced analytical approaches to improve planning and operational capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance supply chain visibility, transparency, and decision-making effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in supply chain analysis, demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative business environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate planning discussions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques required.
- Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is advantageous.
- Understanding of forecasting methodologies, demand planning principles, and inventory optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, trend modeling, and predictive forecasting concepts.
- Knowledge of supply chain performance metrics, supplier management, and operational reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Experience with ERP systems, planning platforms, or supply chain management tools is preferred.
- Interest in emerging technologies and innovative approaches within supply chain and logistics operations is an added advantage.
