We are looking for a proactive Supply Associate to manage service partner onboarding, customer quotations, payment coordination, and daily field operations. The candidate should have good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Share quotations and coordinate with customers regarding services
- Handle customer payment coordination and follow-ups
- Conduct 23 field visits daily for partner/customer coordination
- Negotiate pricing and service-related requirements with partners
- Ensure smooth service delivery and operational support
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process management
Key Requirements
- Positive communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in vendor/service partner handling preferred
- Comfortable with field visits and operational work
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks
- Basic knowledge of service operations and customer handling
