- Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve supplier performance, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit both the company and its suppliers.
- Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, quality metrics, and cost reductions.
Job Requirements :
- 11-20 years of experience in Supplier Relationship Management or a related field.
- Robust understanding of SRM principles, practices, and best practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
