Position: Supervisor / Assistant Manager ( WTP / ETP Only)

Location: Rourkela, Odisha

Minimum Qualification

- Graduate Engineer or Diploma Engineer in:
- Mechanical Engineering, or
- Chemical Engineering, or
- Civil Engineering

Minimum Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of:
- Water Treatment Plants (WTP)
- Pump Houses
- Water transmission and distribution piping systems

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of Water Treatment Plants, Pump Houses, and associated piping networks.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of treatment processes and water distribution systems.
- Monitor plant performance, equipment health, and operational parameters.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Manage shift personnel, allocate duties, and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
- Maintain records,



logs, and reports related to plant operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
- Assist management in planning, resource allocation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,453.75 - ₹31,387.29 per month
