Job DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, smart, and practical-minded Logistics Supervisor / Manager who can independently handle day-to-day logistics and office-related work. ? Key Responsibilities - Manage and monitor day-to-day vehicle/logistics operations Maintain proper records and data of all vehicles Keep track of vehicle expenses, fuel, repairs, maintenance, tolls, etc. Maintain daily records and update the DATA in Diary or Excel/Google Sheets or other software Coordinate with drivers and ensure vehicles are operating properly Monitor vehicle-related documents and their validity Prepare daily/weekly expense and vehicle reports Handle basic administrative and documentation work Coordinate with vendors, drivers, mechanics,



and other staff whenever required Complete other tasks assigned by management Take responsibility for assigned work and ensure it is completed on time ? What We Are Looking For The most key quality we need is PRESENCE OF MIND and COMMON SENSE .
