We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting SME with strong expertise in Finance, Compliance, and Regulatory Reporting, including experience with Middle East regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of regulatory report structures, source-to-target data mapping, testing, and data validation to ensure accurate and compliant reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as SME for regulatory, finance, and compliance reporting across global and Middle East regulatory environments.

- Analyze and validate report structures, calculations, business rules, and regulatory requirements.

- Perform source-to-target mapping, data lineage analysis, and data reconciliation.

- Compare database tables, transformation logic, and final report outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and validation scenarios for regulatory reporting solutions.

- Perform SIT, UAT, data validation, and regression testing for reporting changes and enhancements.

- Investigate, document, and resolve data quality, mapping, and reporting discrepancies.

- Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Business,



and Technology teams to support regulatory reporting initiatives.

- Maintain documentation for mapping logic, testing outcomes, data lineage, and business rules.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Regulatory and Finance Reporting.

- Expertise in source-to-target mapping, data lineage, and data reconciliation.

- Hands-on experience in report testing, SIT/UAT, data validation, and defect management.

- Solid SQL and database analysis skills.

- Experience validating report outputs against underlying data sources and regulatory requirements.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience within Banking or Financial Services.

- Knowledge of Middle East regulatory reporting requirements, including frameworks governed by regulators such as Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), UAE Central Bank (CBUAE), Qatar Central Bank (QCB), and other GCC regulators.

- Familiarity with Basel, Capital Adequacy, Liquidity, Financial, and Prudential Reporting requirements.

- Exposure to data governance, reporting controls, and regulatory transformation programs.
