Minimum Qualification

Bachelor of Technology (BTech)

- Subcontract Planning & Procurement – Identify, evaluate, and finalize subcontractors/vendors for offshore wind EPC packages (marine works, cable laying, foundation installation, turbine erection, etc.), ensuring alignment with project schedule, budget, and technical specifications.
- Contract Drafting & Negotiation – Draft, review, and negotiate subcontract terms, SOWs, pricing, and risk allocation clauses (FIDIC/EPC-based contracts), ensuring compliance with L&T;'s commercial policies and project-specific requirements.




- Execution & Performance Monitoring – Oversee subcontractor mobilization, track progress against milestones, manage claims/variations, resolve disputes, and ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and marine/offshore regulatory standards.
- Cost & Risk Management – Monitor subcontract budgets, control cost overruns, manage bank guarantees/insurance/LDs, and proactively mitigate contractual and execution risks specific to offshore environments.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with project managers, engineering, finance, legal, and client teams; ensure timely closeout of subcontracts, documentation, and final settlements while maintaining solid vendor relationships for future offshore wind projects.
