YES Germany is looking for a highly motivated and student-focused Student Success Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting students throughout their journey, ensuring smooth coordination, resolving concerns, and acting as a bridge between students and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for students and address their queries.
- Provide regular updates regarding processes, timelines, and next steps.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout their journey.
- Guide students on processes, requirements, and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of student queries and concerns.
- Monitor student progress and proactively follow up wherever required.




- Handle student complaints and concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a bridge between students and different internal departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Maintain proper follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience from enrollment to program completion.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple students and tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- A student/customer-centric approach.
- Experience in Study Abroad, Education, EdTech, Student Support, Student Success, Customer Success, or Student Relationship Management will be preferred.

Working Days: 6 Days Preference: Immediate joiners will be preferred.
