Role Overview

We are looking for a Study Abroad Consultant who is passionate about guiding students in their higher education journey abroad for our Kozhikode head office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities based on their profiles and career goals.
- Guide students through the entire admission and visa application process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
- Participate in training sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
- Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and university partners.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Min 1 year experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
