Role Description The Research Assistant role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mathura, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Research

Assistant will support faculty and research teams in designing and conducting studies, collecting data, and maintaining accurate research records. Daily responsibilities include performing literature reviews, assisting with data collection and laboratory work (where applicable), and contributing to data analysis and interpretation.



The role also involves preparing research summaries, drafting sections of reports or publications, and helping organize research meetings or presentations.

The Research

Assistant will collaborate with academic staff and students to ensure research projects follow institutional guidelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities for interpreting research findings and managing datasets.
- Solid Research skills, including literature review, study design support, and documentation of procedures.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with faculty, presenting results, and preparing written reports.
- Relevant Laboratory Skills for conducting experiments, handling equipment, and following safety protocols, where required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Management, Computer Applications, Basic Sciences, Education, or related field).
- Proficiency with common research and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, statistical software, or discipline-specific software).
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a demonstrated interest in academic or applied research.
