: Study Abroad Counsellor & Online Education Counsellor cum Manager

Position: Study Abroad Counsellor/Manager Location: Bhubaneswar, India Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional who will guide students in pursuing higher education abroad while simultaneously managing our India-focused online education business. The ideal candidate should have strong counseling skills, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth in both verticals.

Key Responsibilities

Study Abroad Counseling

- Provide end-to-end guidance to students on overseas education opportunities (universities, courses, scholarships, visas).
- Conduct counseling sessions, webinars, and workshops for students and parents.
- Assist with application processes, documentation, and interview preparation.
- Build relationships with international universities and education partners.

India Online Education Business

- Oversee online education programs offered in India (course design, delivery, and student engagement).
- Manage partnerships with online platforms, trainers, and institutions.
- Drive enrollment through digital marketing, lead generation, and student outreach.




- Monitor performance metrics and ensure high-quality learning experiences.

General

- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for student enrollments (both abroad and online).
- Maintain CRM records and track student progress.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaigns and events.
- Provide regular reports to management on business growth and student outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Management, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in student counseling, preferably in study abroad or online education.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of visa processes, international education systems, and online learning platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage dual responsibilities effectively.
- Tech-savvy with exposure to CRM tools, digital marketing, and online course delivery.
