Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Student VISA Counsellor role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding prospective students through the end-to-end process of studying abroad, including initial counseling, course and country selection, documentation support, and visa application preparation. The Student VISA Counsellor will conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, explain admission and visa requirements, and ensure accurate and timely completion of all forms and supporting documents.

The role includes responding to inquiries via in-person meetings, phone, and email, maintaining detailed records in internal systems, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as educational institutions.



The counsellor will also participate in information sessions or events, provide regular follow-up and status updates to students, and uphold Aussizz Group’s standards of ethical, transparent, and client-focused service.

- Career Counseling skills to help students align academic choices with long-term career pathways and goals.
- Communication and Customer Service skills to interact clearly, empathetically, and professionally with diverse clients.
- Ability to understand and explain international education systems, admission requirements, and visa regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing documentation, deadlines, and multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or case-management tools for accurate record-keeping.
- Prior experience in student counseling, overseas education consulting, or visa processing is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- High ethical standards, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to delivering non-discriminatory, inclusive support to all students.
